As soon as up to four public amenity ideas reach 50 votes/’Likes’ and up to six retail ideas reach 25 votes/’Likes’, Renaissance Downtowns will invest in a feasibility study to be used toward implementation, if the idea is determined to be financially feasible.

Because of the significant amount of investment for large-scale public amenity placemaking, 200 votes/’Likes’ for the Central Plaza idea and/or the Market Square idea will trigger a feasibility study toward implementation based on your comments:

Some of the topics re the Central Plaza could be:
– What types of activities would you want to see there?
– What types of commercial activities would you want to experience there? (The Youth Advisory Council favors the two-story restaurant concept shown in the rendering)

Some of the comments regarding the Market Square could be:
– Appropriate size of the stores (400 s.f. stores for incubating companies? or larger?)
– What types of activities would you want to see there?
– What ethnicities, or how international should the market be?
